NHS while qualifying, then immediate postgraduate experience in Neurology and Musculoskeletal Medicine in the Private Sector. Joined the EMPC team last year.
Yoga and Pilates; Karate since the age of 7; Previous amateur 400m runner.
Lydia also loves cooking. She has a passion for health which led her to having a keen interest in nutrition and she loves cooking and trying different foods.
