Keeping fit in various ways, fighting the effects of ageing! Judith loves the outdoors, gardening, walking, running, anything active.

Fun fact

Won a World Silver Medal… indoor rowing, in Boston Massachusetts, rowing in the coxswain class ( open super lightweight) against mainly American University Rowing Club coxswains who were 15-20 years my junior! A proud but very painful experience!

Perfect weekend

A few active hours in the sunny outdoors, followed by sharing a glass of wine with friends, children and grandchildren, and one quiet afternoon/evening, with the sun or a good fire, with just me and my hubby!
