Career

  • 18 years qualified as a physio. 3 years experience in the NHS, and also at this time and beyond worked for the Welsh ladies U19 football team, travelling to international tournaments between 2009-2012. Working in MSK private practice ever since 2010, including my own practice in Cardiff. Worked as a relief physiotherapist for British Athletics from 2018-2020. 12 years experience practising acupuncture and 7 years experience taking pilates classes. Joined EMPC 8 years ago.

Hobbies and Hidden Talents

  • Was previously an International Pole Vaulter, competing for Wales and Great Britain between 2010-2018. I now enjoy running, as there is no time for anything else!

Spending the weekend with my husband and two children, playing outside in the sunshine or taking a bike ride.
